Cute! I say: She's hired!
I have two chefs in training now because specifically my ds says he doesn't want to be an 18 yo that doesn't know how to cook (like his mama!).
Precious! She looks proud, and she should be!
My kids love to get in the kitchen and cook. As a matter of fact, my oldest had his dad and me over to his apartment recently and prepared a beautiful, gourmet dinner (better than I could prepare)to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary!
I am a proud mama! +JMJ+
Just found you and love that you homeschool, and you allow your children in the kitchen, and that you like shabby blogs and started from scratch too and we started around the same time ... but you are WAY ahead of me :) Hello!
Look at her go!! Can't wait until my daughter can help us out in the kitchen!
Hi "By Word of Mouth"! Thanks for stopping by my blog and following! I'm your newest follower and I love your shabby blog and that you homeschool. Your blog looks awesome! I left a comment on your blog post about your daughter's imagination/knowledge. It sounds like we have a lot in common with blog tastes and children personalities :)
Come visit anytime!
Hi Heather! Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment! I left a comment on your wordless Wednesday post! Your daughter is adorable reading her book in the car :) Stop by here anytime!
Hi Blossom! Thanks for stopping by and for your comment! That's awesome that your son has an interest in cooking. If he is called to be married one day, he will make a special lady so happy :)
Hi Annita! Happy belated anniversary! What a perfect anniversary gift from your son! You should be proud and maybe one day my husband and I will be able to enjoy a great meal prepared by my kiddos! Have you started your homeschool year yet? We started this week :)
Love your cross-shape cake! What a wonderful idea, and such great quality family time. I'm brand new to the blogging world too (June 2010) and am learning as I go. Your family is precious! I look forward to following your story.

Hi Britton!
Thanks for visiting A Slice of Smith Life. I left a comment on your Box of Socks post! Reading how much the little boy was touched by his sock gift gave me goose bumps! The story you shared gives me even more motivation to continue giving to the Operation Shoebox each year! I am your newest follower. Follow me back if you'd like :)
Your family and blog is beautiful!
Have a blessed day and happy blogging!
