Although I've been frustrated because my local Harris Teeters (yes, I've been to more than one store hoping to find all that I wanted) are normally out of stock on the really good deals, I must say it's been a good week of savings so far. Below is what I just bought tonight. I saved $44.00 and spent $17.00! It's always fun to find good deals on name brand groceries and save money!

Looks like you had a good shopping trip. Harris Teeter is too far from us to make it worth the trip. I have shopped at Kmart when they do their doubles and have gotten some good deals though.

I didn't know Kmart doubled coupons? I also heard that one of our local Wal-Marts is going to mimic HT and start doubling, super double, tripling. I know Wal-Mart lost me to HT. I guess stores are feeling the competition which is good for us... more competition equals more deals :)

I don't know if HT is a southern store, but there are lots of them here and I don't think they are up north, so you are probably correct. The only way to shop at HT is with combining deals with coupons, otherwise it can get very expensive :) Maybe if you come for a visit again, I'll take you HT shopping :)
