My daughter thinks the 2 headed dragon is very cool:) She loves dragons. I love the glass plate I have a couple my kids made and don't have a place to display them right now. Your littlest ones stencil note is just great definitely a keeper. I have memory boxes for both kids and keep all special art work in there:)

I love the kids work this week. The painted dish is beautiful. I love the flower, it is very realistic looking. Putting the dish on an easel in the cabinet is a great idea! Your son's 2 headed dragon in great! Was this from Writing Tales? I like that the assignment came from writing with descriptive words. Drawing is a great way to learn the importance of descriptive words when writing stories. Your 6 year olds gift to you is so very sweet! Those are my favorite gifts, ones from the heart. The kids did have fun playing hopscotch that day! A friend of mine that comes to our house to teach the kids Spanish actually hopped on it and the kids and the teacher were counting the numbers in Spanish! They had fun doing this! Thank you for all your kind comments about the kid's artwork! My son's dragon was inspired from a writing assignment in the Shurley English Level 2 Teacher's Manual on page 73. He had to create an imaginary character and write a detailed description of the character. Then illustrate the character matching it with the description. I think he drew the dragon first then wrote about it since this was easier for him. Looking forward to hearing how you like RC History! Have a blessed weekend!
