St. Don Bosco Feast Day and Join Us for February's No Ordinary Blog Hop !

St. John Bosco's feast day was yesterday, Jan. 31.  In the short paragraph HERE about John Bosco's life it states that"to ensure the continuation of his work, St.  John Bosco founded a religious congregation named in honor of one of his favorite saints, St Francis de Sales.   This holy saint died in 1888, but today John Bosco's Salesians continue his work all over the world."  I love learning more about this Saint, especially since my father is a graduate of one of the schools that was inspired by John Bosco's life and by the religious congregation that Don (Don = a traditional Italian honorific for a priest) Bosco founded.  In case you missed my post on how my Dad was inducted recently into Salesian High School's Hall of Fame you can read it HERE.

The No Ordinary Blog Hop (NOBH) that I have been co-hosting with Lynda and Anna-Marie has been such a fun and relaxed way to read great posts and "meet" wonderful bloggers along the way!
We had over 100 link ups for January, and Kayla at Arrowood Zoo was the second blogger to receive our Star Blogger award.  We are featuring her blog in a spotlight feature.  If you would like your blog to be featured then head on over and start linking up.

You can link up any and all of your posts for the month.  There is no limit on content, but we are a family friendly blog hop.  You may link up giveaways, reviews, events, announcements, notices, guest posts, featured articles, ramblings, etc.  No Facebook or Twitter links please.  We have more buttons to choose from this month to help you show your "love" for No Ordinary Blog Hop.  We look forward to reading your linked up posts at NOBH !

The new buttons for NOBH are sweet. I changed out my old one for a Valentine's one . . .

I'm glad you popped over and paid me a visit! It's always fun meeting new bloggers. I homeschool as well. We are in our 16th and last year (my son is graduating this year). I will miss it!

I saw your pictures on your sidebar. What a precious family you have. Children are such a blessing. I only have two but always wanted more but just wasn't able to have them!

What a joyful journey you are beginning with your children!

Hello! Thank you for your Visit!
I'm Tracy. I love my faith, family and on most days, homeschooling my 5 blessings. When I'm not busy baking cakes for my family or making memories in real life or dreaming I had a housekeeper or professional chef, I enjoy documenting a slice of Smith life in blog land.
